Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Greet, welcome and direct visitors to the right company they have an appointment with. • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls and take messages if necessary. • Book courier services. • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. • Reserve meeting rooms for the clients and ensure that no double bookings are made. • Maintain cleanliness in the reception area and meeting rooms. • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
