Executive Secretary

Responsibilities: -Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) -Answering phones and Creating memos, reports and agendas as needed -Preparing financial statements, invoices, letters and statements -Arranges travel and accommodations for executives. -Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Requirements and skills: -Degree in business administration or accounting is a must Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
