We are currently seeking skilled and enthusiastic waiters to join Shadhi Events Management in Abu Dhabi. As a waiter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our valued guests. Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables. Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages promptly. Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and preferences. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly. Follow all health and safety guidelines.
