Operations Administrator

Responsibilities: *Assist Operations Manager in supervising daily operations, covering office administration, coordination of client engagements, meeting and travel logistics. *Communication support with clients and internal staff, including written and verbal communication, preparing meetings notes and agendas. *Marketing support, helping to ensure relevant online, social media physical presence in relevant talking events and media. Requirements: *Strong initiative and confidence, with ability to understand key challenges, work independently, as well as within teams *Excellent English language, commercial writing and communication skills is a must. *Bilingual with fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English preferred. Minimum Clearance Required to Start. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED 7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: administrative role: 2 years (Required) Language: Arabic (Required)
