Front Desk Executive

Handle customer inquiries via phone calls and emails Documentation and Filing Managing petty cash and records Well versed in interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Attention to the details Handle customer complaints Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow up with clients for payments, documentation and other records Handle and maintain the Vacant List of the properties All other duties assigned Requirements and skills ; Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Bachelors Degree Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Enthusiastic, hardworking, focus and adaptable Able to join on immediate basis must be available
