Customer Service Agent

Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner. Ability to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. Ability to identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Immediately available candidates are required with at least one year of UAE experience
